What happens during my first class?
Your first class is all about getting comfortable. You'll meet your coach, learn basic techniques, and train alongside supportive members in a welcoming environment.
What should I wear?
Comfortable athletic clothes are perfect for your first class. Avoid baggy clothing for safety. We'll provide boxing gloves and shin guards during your free trial.
How long are classes?
Most classes run about one hour, giving you plenty of time to warm up, learn technique, and get an incredible workout.
Do I need to be in shape before I start?
No. You come here to get in shape. We meet you where you are and help you improve every week.
Is Muay Thai dangerous?

Will I get punched in my first class?
No. Your first classes focus on learning fundamentals. Contact training is optional and only introduced when you're comfortable and ready.
Do I have to spar?

What's the difference between Adult Muay Thai and TigerFit?
Adult Muay Thai teaches authentic striking techniques, self-defense, and the art of Muay Thai. TigerFit is a high-energy, non-contact fitness class that uses Muay Thai-inspired movements to maximize calorie burn and improve overall fitness.
Can I lose weight doing Muay Thai?

Will I actually learn self-defense?

What age can my child start?
Our Youth Muay Thai program is designed for children ages 5 and up. However, every child's readiness varies based on their previous experience, maturity, and ability to learn. Our coaches are happy to help determine if your child is ready to begin training.
My child has never played sports. Can they still join?

I'm nervous. What if I'm the worst person in class?
Don't worry, everyone starts somewhere. Our coaches work with beginners every day, and you'll quickly discover that everyone in the gym was once in your shoes. The hardest part is walking through the front door.
I'm overweight. Should I wait until I lose weight?
Not at all. Muay Thai is one of the best ways to improve your fitness and lose weight. You don't need to get in shape before joining. That's what we're here for.
What if I can't keep up?
Every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level. Take breaks when needed, move at your own pace, and you'll improve every week.
Is everyone already experienced?

How sore will I be after my first class?
You may feel sore for a day or two as your body adjusts to using new muscles, but that's completely normal and gets easier with consistency.
Can I bring a friend to my free trial?
